Quality Manager – Manufacturing

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM–11:30 AM
Additional hours may be required.

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead a six-person Quality team, oversee quality systems, and drive continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop the Quality team.

• Manage and maintain ISO 9001 and AS9100 Rev D quality systems.

• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections.

• Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

• Drive continuous improvement and reduce defects and rework.

• Lead customer and supplier audits and resolve quality concerns.

• Track quality metrics, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with customer requirements.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of quality experience in manufacturing.

• At least 3 years of team leadership experience.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 Rev D.

• Experience with audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
