Quality Manager

Our client is a leading technical contractor with projects in the UK, Ireland, Mainland Europe, USA, and Canada. They Specialize in Advanced Manufacturing, Data Centres, Food, Logistics and Pharmaceuticals. They have expanded over the past 20 years to be a multi – million-pound company. They are currently looking for a Quality Manager to join them on a Data Centre project in Germany. You will be responsible for: • Developing and implementing the project quality management system to meet client, regulatory, and company standards. • Overseeing quality assurance and control processes across all project phases and disciplines. • Conducting regular audits and inspections to verify compliance and identify areas for improvement. • Managing non-conformance reports, corrective actions, and quality documentation. • Collaborating closely with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure consistent quality delivery. • Leading quality training and awareness programs to promote a culture of excellence and compliance.

You will need: • Extensive experience in quality management on large construction projects, preferably in data centres. • Strong knowledge of quality standards, ISO 9001, and construction quality control practices. • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • Ability to influence teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Relevant quality certifications are advantageous. • An EU passport may not be required but is advantageous.
