Summary

Designs and delivers training programs on systems, processes, compliance, and customer experience for a mortgage-focused fintech team, using tools like Microsoft Suite, Confluence, Jira, and Slack.

  • Deliver the training programs working to a weekly structured schedule, focused on:
    • Systems usage
    • Process enablement
    • Compliance
    • Customer Experience
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across Lendi Group.
  • Use data to continuously optimise and effectively determine learning needs.
  • Conduct learning needs analysis across the Client Solutions Team and make learning program recommendations.
  • Contribute to the design of effective learning Programs, including but not limited to Face to Face and virtual presentations, session plans, eLearning, Helix articles and other training tools.
  • Facilitating training sessions in a virtual and face to face environment.
  • Utilise your deep understanding of how to apply quality assurance principles and methodologies including knowledge of quality control processes, quality management systems, and relevant industry standards.
  • Create creative Learning and Capability content, that when delivered has maximum impact and supports business objectives.
  • Maintain brand integrity and a consistent approach across all learning & capability content.
  • Ensure that all learning & capability content meets legal, statutory, internal audit and compliance standards.
  • Assist with other Learning & Capability initiatives as required.
  • Exceptional facilitation skills to engage and inspire learners.
  • Ability to analyse performance results and coach to improve performance.
  • Exceptional skills in creating and delivering multi-medium training sessions and eLearning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritise to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, process improvement initiatives, and quality assurance activities. Create reports and documentation to track progress and outcomes.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, Quality Management (TQM), or other relevant frameworks.
  • Tech-savvy, experience with the Microsoft suite of products, Confluence, Jira and Slack.
  • Agile and adaptable to change.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business management, organizational development, human resources, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working in the Australian Mortgage Industry or within a Learning and Capability team is desirable.
  • Experience working within a Finance company and/or Tech start up highly desirable.
  • Must be currently residing in the Greater Manila Area (Metro Manila + Neighbouring provinces)

Successful candidates must have a stable postpaid internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home with appropriate furniture (desk and office chair)
