ABOUT THE ROLE
Ignite Aero Engines LLC is looking for a Quality & Safety Coordinator to support our quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement programs.
This position will work directly with the Accountable Manager to help ensure company operations meet applicable requirements, identify potential risks, maintain accurate records, and promote a strong culture of safety and quality.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Conduct internal audits and compliance surveillance activities.
- Support FAA, customer, and third-party audits.
- Manage corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.
- Track and analyze quality and safety performance.
- Maintain quality, audit, and safety records.
- Manage safety reports, hazard tracking, and risk assessments.
- Assist with incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the Safety Management System (SMS).
- Follow up on actions resulting from audits, investigations, and safety reports.
- Support employee quality and safety training.
- Promote continuous improvement and a positive safety culture.
- Support company quality, safety, and regulatory compliance objectives.
