Summary
Quality Specialist in Dyersburg, TN ensures ISO/IEC certifications, monitors scrap, investigates defects, and supports supplier and customer requirements using Microsoft tools.
Activities & Responsibilities:
- Support IATF 16949 and ISO9001 certifications.
- Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Supports daily scrap monitoring and analysis.
- Responsible for supplier reporting and monthly metrics.
- Completes or assists in completion of all root cause and countermeasure investigations for customer complaints, internal investigations, and audit findings.
- Assists and/or manages containment
- Assists and/or manages sorting activities
- Supports all external and internal investigations.
- Assists with activities for Change Management.
- Manages all external Supplier Defect/Containment.
- Supports and participates in shop floor audits.
- Supports Customer requirements.
- Supports APS/Lean Projects.
- Supports Quality Training.
- Supports HOLD Process.
- Proficient in Microsoft.
- Able to interface with computers.
- May be responsible for assisting in training of QA technicians and QA support of Dojo training for all new hires.
