We are looking to hire a Quality Supervisor to join our team in Madrid. This role will be key to ensuring that our quality and service standards continue to make a difference in our guests' experience. If you are a proactive person, customer-oriented and motivated by challenges, we want to meet you.

What you'll do

📝 Main Responsibilities

• Verification of quality procedures and standards.

• Supervise the cleaning of all hotel areas: rooms and common areas to guarantee quality standards and their perfect condition.

• Check the good condition of both occupied rooms and check-out rooms.

• Organize the housekeeping team according to hotel occupancy, room check-ins, check-outs, and guest needs.

• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Coordination and communication with the rest of the departments.

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English (other languages will be valued).

What we're looking for

🔑 Position Requirements

• Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years in hotels.

• Results-oriented, resourceful, demanding, and detail-oriented person.

• Agile profile for decision-making.

• Good communicator, assertive, and resourceful in conflict situations.

• Leadership and team management skills.

• English, and another language is valuable.

• Academic training related to the position.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in international hotel chains.

• Additional certifications.
