Quality Support Specialist

ImpactLife is looking for dedicated, motivated individual to join our Quality Support Services team. As a QSS, Specialist, you will be responsible for tracking non-compliance issues and ensuring the development of appropriate corrective action measures. This position will help perform quality batch release process and may assist with regulatory inspections.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift with a weekend and holiday rotation.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of one year experience in regulated industry is preferred.
Demonstrated experience following regulated written processes required.
High attention to detail is required.
Strong ability to communicate deviations in processes to other team members both written and verbally is required.
