Job Description Summary

Ensures that products being built and processes being used adhere to all standards and requirements.Monitors engineering processes and products for adherence to company and regulatory standards and practices. Participates in quality-improvement initiatives and projects.Performs quality reviews and internal audits; evaluates data and writes reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.Analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product.Recommends modifications to existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability.

• Tworzenie harmonogramu audytów wewnętrznych
• Wsparcie przy audytach klienta
• Wsparcie dla działu HR przy organizacji szkoleń przez wykwalifikowane firmy
• Koordynowanie audytów wewnętrznych, IATF i Q4
• Pomoc w koordynowaniu funkcji Zapewnienia Jakości w całym systemie zarządzania w działach produkcyjnych
• Wdrażanie procedury, aby zapewnić spełnić specjalne wymagania jakościowe klientów
• Nadzorowanie zmian wymagań klientów
• Wykonywanie audytów, zgodnie z harmonogramem
• Zarządzanie bazą PCR
• Modyfikowanie, analiza funkcjonowania i rozwój systemu zarządzania jakością
• Opracowywanie, sprawdzanie i zatwierdzanie oraz ewidencja, dystrybucja i aktualizacja udokumentowanych informacji (w tym Księgi Jakości, procedur systemowych, instrukcji i formularzy)

Main responsibilities:

• Creating a schedule for internal audits
• Providing support during client audits
• Supporting the HR department in organizing training delivered by qualified providers
• Coordinating internal audits, IATF and Q4 audits
• Assisting in the coordination of the Quality Assurance function across the entire management system in the production departments
• Implementing procedures to ensure compliance with specific client quality requirements
• Monitoring changes to client requirements
• Carrying out audits in accordance with the schedule
• Managing the PCR database
• Modifying, analyzing the performance of and developing the quality management system
• Drafting, reviewing and approving, as well as recording, distributing and updating documented information (including the Quality Manual, system procedures, instructions and forms)

Required Skills and Education

Wymagania:

• Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne
• Min. 3 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku w branży motoryzacyjnej
• Komunikatywna znajomość j. angielskiego
• Znajomość narzędzi jakościowych (SPC, MSA, FMEA)
• Znajomość specyficznych wymagań klienta (CSR)
• Audytor VDA 6.3, IATF, CQI 9/12/15
• Umiejetność współpracy w zespole

Requirements:

• A Higher Technical Education
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
• A working knowledge of English
• Knowledge of quality tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA)
• Knowledge of specific customer requirements (CSR)
• VDA 6.3, IATF and CQI 9/12/15 auditor
• Ability to work as part of a team
