Oversee and improve H.B. Fuller’s IATF16949/ISO9001 quality systems in Chongqing, China, by managing audits, CAPA, and compliance for automotive/adhesives production.

Location: Chongqing, China – Onsite
主导内部审核、第三方外审、客户二方审核及供应商审核全流程管理；
负责体系文件管控、纠正预防措施跟进、质量绩效与持续改进项目推动；
协助质量经理落地质量战略落地，确保体系合规运行并满足客户与法规要求。
2. 主导公司质量管理体系文件的编写、修订、发放与维护，监督文件/记录的受控执行，确保流程合规；
3. 制定年度内审计划，独立策划并实施内部审核（过程审核、产品审核、体系审核），出具审核报告并跟踪整改措施的闭环验证；
4. 负责第三方外审、客户二方审核及供应商审核的全流程对接以及不符合项整改跟踪与效果验证；
5. 主导质量卡收集，跟进整改措施的实施效果并验证，确保问题闭环；
6. 负责纠正/预防措施（CAPA）管理，推动质量问题的根本原因分析与流程优化整改落地；
7. 跟踪质量KPI绩效达成情况，牵头持续改进项目，推动体系优化与过程效率提升；
8. 负责管理评审计划制定、资料收集与整改措施的跟踪验证；
9. 组织体系文件、审核流程、质量工具相关的内部培训，提升团队体系意识与审核能力；
10. 负责Audit系统、COA报告单的管理与维护；
11. 完成本岗位相关的安全环保工作，以及领导交办的其他临时性事务。
2. 3年以上汽车/化工行业质量管理体系相关工作经验，有第三方审核、客户二方审核经验优先；
3. 持有IATF16949:2016内审员证书，熟悉ISO9001、ISO14001/45001等体系标准，具备独立策划并实施内审的能力；
4. 英语四级及以上，可看懂英文标准、审核文件与客户要求；
5. 优秀的文字表达能力，可独立完成审核报告、管理评审资料的编制；
6. 优秀的客户审核应对经验，能独立对接第三方/客户二方审核，推动问题整改；
7. 优秀的组织协调与沟通表达能力，可跨部门推动问题整改与持续改进；
8. 具备良好的团队合作意识与责任心，能承受一定的工作压力。
