Quality Systems Engineer
Location: Mesa, AZ
JX Advanced Metals USA is a global leader in advanced materials supporting the semiconductor industry. Our Mesa, Arizona facility is focused on high-quality manufacturing, continuous improvement, and integrated management systems.
We are seeking a Quality Systems Engineer to support our Integrated Management System (IMS) across quality, environmental, and safety processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining system compliance, supporting audits, and driving improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Assist with internal, external, and customer audits
- Track and follow up on corrective actions and audit findings
- Support root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives
- Maintain document control for procedures, work instructions, and records
- Analyze system and process data to identify trends and risks
- Partner with engineering and operations to ensure compliance with ISO and IATF 16949 standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field) preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or systems environment
- Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and/or IATF 16949 preferred
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment
