Location: Mexico
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, improve, and support the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Coordinate document control and change management processes.
- Plan, execute, and support internal, external, and customer audits.
- Lead corrective and preventive action (RCCA/8D) activities and verify their effectiveness.
- Coordinate management review meetings and follow up on action plans.
- Support the implementation of global quality initiatives and best practices.
- Monitor compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and customer requirements.
- Develop and deliver QMS-related training across the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement projects focused on quality system effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2–3 years of experience managing Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001).
- Experience planning and coordinating internal, external, and customer audits.
- Knowledge of document control and quality system administration.
- Experience with corrective actions, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Conversational English.
Preferred Qualifications
- ISO 9001:2015 Internal or Lead Auditor certification.
- VDA 6.3 Internal Auditor certification.
- Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA).
- Experience with 8D, RCCA, Six Sigma, or other problem-solving methodologies.
