Role and Responsibilities:
- Reliability Testing
- Perform battery reliability tests in terms of capacity, IR, energy and output
- Run tests according to the test procedure: setup, detailed inspections, maintenance and retrofits
- Monitor data from measuring devices
- Patrol and document current states of test and inspection on check lists and work log
- Document and report issues identified in the process of test and inspection
Equipment Maintenance
- Monitor the maintenance and operation status of test instrument
- Report incidents or malfunctions of instrument and inquire maintenance according to the trouble correspondence manual
- Calibration of instrument through outside vendors?? support
- Other tasks as assigned
Skill and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Assembly experience of mechanical or electrical parts
- Test or measurement experience of mechanical or electrical parts
Preferred
- Experience in high volume manufacturing / Experience with Lean, SPC, 6 sigma programs
Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) - Basic understanding of data processing and graphing
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts a plus
