Currently, from the Ontinyent delegation, we are looking for a QUALITY TECHNICIAN for Guadasequies:

What we're looking for

• Advanced use of StruMIS.
• Experience in dimensional control, PPI, and painting documentation.
• Knowledge of traceability of raw materials (RM), auxiliary materials, sheets, etc.
• Control and monitoring of welding reports.
• Ability to attend to and ensure compliance with quality audits.

Nice to have

• Valuable experience in quality control with AI (StruMIS VisualCheck).
• Availability for immediate start.

What you'll get

• Contract directly with the company.
• Salary: between €24,000 and €29,000 gross/year (depending on experience and merit).

How you'll work

• Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 17:30
• Friday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

The main functions are

• Dimensional control, PPI, and management of painting documentation.
• Ensure the traceability of raw materials, auxiliary materials, sheets, and consumables, through StruMIS.
• Control and monitoring of welding reports.
• Attention to and compliance with quality audits, preparing required documentation and evidence.
• Quality control with AI (StruMIS VisualCheck): Validate assembled structures using a Tablet integrated into StruMIS.
• Detect manufacturing errors before painting or shipment to the site.
• Register incidents and corrections within the ERP.
