About the role
We are selecting a Quality Technician for our headquarters located in Vilamalla (Figueres).
What you'll do
The functions at the workplace will be:
- Manage health inspection reports and audits carried out at the centers, creating action plans and following up on them.
- Documentary updates of the HACCP.
- Staff training: good practices, cleaning plan, labeling, completion of records.
- Monitoring the completion of records by GM Cash centers and platforms through the Limbit application.
- Implementation of the new cleaning plan in the GM Cash stores.
- Management of recalls and health alerts.
What we're looking for
- Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology, Agri-food, etc.
- Specific knowledge in HACCP Systems.
- Knowledge of ISO standards.
- Specific knowledge of applicable legislation.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a quality and food safety technician.
