Quality Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Technician to join a company in the food sector, participating in the control and improvement of production processes to guarantee the quality and food safety of the products.

What you'll do

• Control and monitoring of product quality during the manufacturing process.
• Verification of compliance with quality and food safety standards.
• Supervision of packaging, labeling, and handling processes.
• Performing quality controls and recording results.
• Detection and management of incidents and non-conformities.
• Control of product traceability and review of the corresponding documentation.
• Collaboration in the application of hygiene and food safety standards.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in the food sector.
• Training related to quality, laboratory, food industry, or food safety.
• Knowledge of quality and food safety regulations.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• Own vehicle.
• Availability to work the morning shift. (06 to 14)
