Quality Technician- OH

Hours: Monday through Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
Pay is based on experience $20.00/HR-$25.00/HR
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Perform inspection/testing (e.g. First Articles, customer returns, incoming inspection, supplier issues) using gages including; micrometers, calipers, height gages and various other gages/fixtures)
- Read and interpret drawings.
- Support the Control of Nonconforming Product process by ensuring appropriate segregation, identification and disposition of such product.
- Assist with problem identification, investigation and resolution.
- Perform incoming inspection for raw material and outside processing product.
- Maintain records per Quality Management System requirements.
- Perform product audit production/inspection records.
- Additional duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with sheet metal.
- Basic math skills
- Blueprint reading / GD&T
- Ability to use measuring and test equipment
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently as well as work in a team environment.
