We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will help support our mission by ensuring high-quality execution of daily responsibilities, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to a collaborative environment focused on patient care and continuous improvement.

The Basics

Location: Chandler, AZ (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Collect, compile, and maintain statistical quality data to support quality initiatives.
  • Prepare quality reports, performance improvement documentation, and maintain employee quality records.
  • Support compliance with quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare, submit, and review technician validation samples and coordinate third-party laboratory testing.
  • Track compounding equipment calibration, maintenance, and documentation to ensure operational readiness.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline preferred.
  • Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician registration required.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a quality, laboratory, pharmacy, or regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and basic database systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and commitment to team success.
