📋 Job Responsibilities
- Redesign, create, and test electrical sub-systems for legacy lithography platforms within system specification, cost, and schedule constraints, including solving EOL components, redesigning peripheral PCAs, and managing supplier transfers.
- Manage development projects with internal and external stakeholders: define requirements, review outsourced detailed designs, and qualify functional performance at part and (sub-)system level.
- Lead the electronics aspects of repair, refurbishment, and troubleshooting, delivering both quick fixes and structural solutions.
- Own electrical content from architecture to component level (PCBAs, cables, sensors, racks, cabinets), and support Manufacturing, Customer Support, and suppliers in rolling out engineering changes.
- Own technical product documentation (3D modeling, BOM structures, archive) and act as the technology bridge between headquarters, Taiwan/US teams, and suppliers in Asia.
