工作內容（Responsibilities）:

• 負責客戶系統導入流程（需求訪談、規劃、設定、測試、上線）
• 規劃並執行客戶培訓（線上/線下課程、操作教學）
• 作為客戶窗口，協助解決使用問題與收集回饋
• 與產品/技術團隊合作，回饋客戶需求與優化建議
• 支援售前（如產品demo）
• 以上均有在職培訓

任職條件（Requirements）:
必備條件

• 1–3年製衣業相關經驗（包括跟單、業務等工種）
• 有接觸過跟單系統
• 良好的溝通與表達能力
• 基本文書能力（Excel、Word）

加分條件

• 曾使用過iGarment系統
