全職雙語英文老師 (Full-Time Bilingual English Teacher)

We are looking for passionate teachers who meet the following requirements:
*Near-native English speaker + Native Mandarin speaker
*Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or above
*Clear a Criminal Background Check
*Prior teaching experience
*Capable of organizing necessary teaching plans and enhancing existing ones.
*Fun and unique teaching style
*Good organization/communication skills, detail-orientated, efficient, punctual, and reliable!!!

The classes you will teach :
*Elementary School Chinese/English homework
*Subjects for U.S. Elementary School (Grades 1-6):
*Skills Courses: Writing, Speaking, Reading, Verb Tense
*Kindergarten Courses
*Test Preparation Courses: Cambridge, SCAT, etc.

We offer:
*Intimate class sizes: age of 1-6 students per class, maximum of 8
*Grade level: mostly young elementary, but varies with students from both local and private K-12 schools
*Benefits: Health and labor insurance, occasional get-togethers and snacks

*Winter/Summer working hours: 09:00-18:00

教學支援項目
教材編輯與優化： 教材內容整理、編修與品質提升。
考題設計與編排： 試題設計、內容整合及版面編排。
課程與營隊企劃發想： 參與日常課程規劃，以及寒暑假主題營隊的創意發想與活動設計。

行政協助項目
學生接送支援： 協助學生放學接送至補習班，確保接送流程順暢。
機動性行政支援： 配合團隊需求，彈性協助行政及現場任務。（團隊合作，彼此支援！）

其他職務說明
無招生與業績壓力： 本職務無招生需求，亦無業績考核壓力，可專注於教學支援、課程協作及行政事務。
