About the Role
We are looking for a Quant Developer to join our high-performance trading team. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, trading operations, and quantitative infrastructure. You'll work closely with traders, researchers, and engineers to build automation tools, monitor production systems, generate trading analytics, and ensure smooth day-to-day trading operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain pre-trading setup pipelines, including trading file generation and validation.
- Generate and automate post-trading reports to support trading and research teams.
- Perform Simulation vs Production (Sim vs Prod) analysis to identify performance gaps and improve production reliability.
- Build and maintain production latency reports and monitor system performance.
- Generate and analyze production alpha performance reports to evaluate live trading performance.
- Develop statistical reports and dashboards for trading performance monitoring.
- Build basic predictors and analytical utilities as required by trading and research teams.
- Design and develop scripts and automation tools to streamline operational workflows.
- Support Trading Platform (TP) and binary movements/deployments, ensuring smooth production rollouts.
- Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability.
- Continuously identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational tasks and improve infrastructure efficiency.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to algorithmic or high-frequency trading environments.
- Understanding of financial markets and trading workflows.
- Experience working with production monitoring, reporting, or analytics systems.
- Familiarity with SQL and data analysis.
- Knowledge of C++ is an added advantage.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes is a plus.
Requirements
- 1–8 years of experience in Software Development, Quant Development, Trading Infrastructure, or Production Engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Python/C++ (mandatory).
- Good understanding of Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
- Experience writing automation scripts and production utilities.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Knowledge of Git and software development best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-critical environment.
