About the Role

We're hiring an experienced Quantitative Researcher/ Analyst to strengthen our modelling capabilities, with a primary focus on identifying and modelling toxic and abusive trading flows and clients. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of risk, pricing, and platform integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy quantitative models to detect, classify, and mitigate toxic and abusive order flow and client behaviour
  • Analyze trading patterns to distinguish profitable, benign, and predatory flow across multiple asset classes
  • Build and refine models supporting swap rates, funding rates, and pricing
  • Collaborate with trading, engineering, and risk teams to operationalize models on-chain
  • Monitor model performance and adapt to evolving market conditions and adversarial behaviour
  • Translate complex quantitative findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (sciences, engineering, mathematics, or similar)
  • 5+ years of experience in a quantitative analyst or similar role
    Demonstrated experience modelling toxic and abusive flows and clients
  • Strong programming and statistical modelling skills
  • Experience building models for swap rates, funding rates, and pricing
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in crypto, RWAs(equities, commodities, fx), and D1s (perpetuals, CFDs)
  • Familiarity with trading environments
  • Experience partnering with technology teams to build risk analysis databases and develop reporting frameworks to support decision-making.
