Quantitative Trader

We are seeking a Quantitative Trader to help us develop and execute strategies that thrive in digital asset markets. The ideal candidate has a strong quantitative background, curiosity for financial markets, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
- Research, design, and implement high-frequency trading strategies for digital asset markets.
- Develop statistical models and algorithms to identify patterns and opportunities in market data.
- Collaborate with engineers to design efficient, low-latency trading systems.
- Monitor and manage trading systems, identifying and addressing issues in real time.
- Analyze trading performance and market dynamics to expand and refine strategies.

Requirements:
- Strong programming skills in both high level (Python) and low level (Rust/C++) languages.
- Deep understanding of probability, statistics, and time-series analysis.
- Proven experience working with large datasets and applying quantitative models.
- Knowledge of financial markets and trading concepts (market microstructure, liquidity, slippage).
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques or advanced optimization methods.

Not a requirement, but a plus:
- Prior experience in algorithmic or high-frequency trading.
- Understanding of crypto markets and decentralized finance.
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux systems.
