Quantitative Trader
You will design, operate, and improve high-performance algorithmic trading strategies deployed on electronic trading venues worldwide. You will receive mentorship and training in trade floor operations, work with software engineers to enhance strategies, and contribute to strategy deployment and operation.

Requirements
- Excellent academic background
- Hard sciences preferred, including computer science, mathematics, physics, or statistics
- Outstanding quantitative problem-solving skills
- Strong mathematical aptitude
- Programming experience
- Ability to communicate information precisely and with agility
- Ability to identify issues and create solutions independently
- Ability to take initiative and work independently and within a team
