Quantity Surveyor (ACMV, M&E) - 5 days, Fulltime with AWS & VB

Summary:

  • Salary range
    Quantity Surveyor $3500-$4500
    Senior Quantity Surveyor $4500-$6000

  • 5 days
    Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pm

  • Location: Ubi

  • Industry: Air conditioning contractor in Singapore (ACMV)

  • Fulltime, with AWS & Bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labour, and equipment.

  • Perform quantity take-offs and measurements based on project drawings and specifications.

  • Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost schedules, and tender documents.

  • Assist in tender submissions, cost analysis, and quotation evaluations.

  • Coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on project costing matters.

  • Support the project team with cost control and other duties assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the ACMV or M&E industry.

  • Candidates with more than 5 years of experience will consider for senior position.

  • Good knowledge of tendering procedures, cost estimation, pricing formats, and schedules of rates.
