Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented quantity surveyor to handle costs and contracts for air-conditioning and ventilation projects in Singapore. Join us to help manage project budgets and successful delivery.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage project costs, payments, and contract paperwork from start to finish.

• Prepare accurate budget estimates and review supplier quotes.

• Handle official variations and final account settlements for project completion.

• Need a diploma or degree in building or construction management.

• At least three years of experience in M&E or air-conditioning projects.

• Strong skills in Excel and reading technical construction drawings.

• Permanent full-time role based in a fast-paced Singapore office.
