Job Responsibilities

  • Seeking tender opportunity
  • Attend site briefing before tendering the project.
  • Prepare cost analysis based on the architectural drawings and materials required.
  • Obtaining sub-contractor’s quotation for various trade
  • Prepare tender submissions, including bills of quantities and discuss with Senior QS for pricing.
  • Prepare for final submission and follow up with Tender Questionnaire reply and Interview.
  • Monitoring progress and liaising with vendor.
  • Attending site meeting for on-going project.
  • Process VO and preparing final accounts.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the client are delivered.

You are passionate, creative, an achiever, highly self-motivated and an independent individual who is detailed oriented, possess strong skills relevant to the scope of work; able to work in a team and independently, possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to perform under tight schedule and pressure.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in QS course or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably in ID industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Gebiz tender portal would be an advantage.
  • Able to converse with English and Chinese speaking clients, contractors and vendors to complete projects effectively
