Required Skills: - Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a strong understanding of quantity estimation and surveying techniques. - Familiarity with BOQ preparation and analysis. - Knowledge of commercial interior fit-outs and turnkey projects. - Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with various stakeholders. - Proficiency in relevant software tools for quantity surveying and cost estimation.
