As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed cost estimates for various commercial interior projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Collaborate with project managers and engineers to assess project requirements and develop cost-effective solutions. - Monitor project budgets and expenditures, providing regular updates to stakeholders. - Conduct site visits to gather data and assess project progress. - Prepare and submit bills of quantities and other documentation as required. - Assist in contract negotiations and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in all estimating and billing processes. Required Skills: - Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role, with a focus on commercial interiors. - Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders. - Proficiency in estimating software and tools. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
