Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze cost estimates for various projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Develop and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for projects, ensuring all materials and labor are accounted for. - Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met. - Monitor project progress and expenditures, providing regular reports to management. - Conduct site visits to assess project status and gather necessary data for cost analysis. - Assist in contract negotiations and procurement processes to secure the best value for the company. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
