What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing project costs, valuations, and variations
- Preparing and reviewing commercial documentation
- Supporting contract administration and procurement
- Monitoring budgets and reporting financial progress
- Working with site and project teams to protect margins
What You’ll Need
- Previous quantity surveying experience
- Strong understanding of JCT or NEC contracts
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Good communication and negotiation ability
- Relevant construction or commercial qualification preferred
