Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:
- Assists in tender preparation, analysis, and evaluation.
- Prepares tender bid for Management’sapproval.
- Contract administration of secured projects.
- Responsible to prepare necessarydocumentations from shortlisting to the award of subcontracts; the process includes evaluation, comparison, and recommendation.
- Preparation and submission of progress claims to clients.
- Evaluate and prepare progress payments to subcontractors/suppliers/service providers.
- Liaison with client or consultant’sQuantity Surveyors.
- Maintain constant liaison with project staff, especially the Project Director.
- Monitor records and manage all variation orders.
- Provide necessary documentation for the preparation of final accounts with the client/subcontractors/suppliers/service providers.
- Always ensure confidentiality and safeguards of controlled documents.
- Possess the ability to negotiate with the client’s Quantity Surveyors during final accounts and/or as and when any variation order arises.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or other related disciplines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word Excels.
- Proficiency in PDF measurement or any other measurement software will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
