Source for products, materials, or equipment for projects

Tender submission / Prepare quotation to client


Project Process

Letter of award to subcontractor/supplier

Coordinate with site for subcon and contractual issues

Process progress claim to clients

Evaluate progress claim from subcontractos

Manage variation orders / Final Account

Able to perform site quantity surveyor duties, if required

Maintain proper documentation


Requirements

Degree in Quantity Surveying or any construction related degree is preferred but not required

At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction industry
