Quantity Surveyor - civil
Key Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates and bills of quantities.
Prepare tender submissions and source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Evaluate quotations and assist with procurement and contract negotiations.
Prepare progress claims, assess subcontractor claims and handle variation orders.
Monitor project budgets, costs and expenditure.
Prepare final accounts and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, project teams and subcontractors on contractual and cost matters.
Attend site visits and meetings as required.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Singapore renovation and A&A projects preferred.
Able to read construction drawings and understand specifications.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant quantity surveying software.
Strong attention to detail, communication and negotiation skills.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
