Quantity Surveyor (Civil & Infrastructure) [SL]

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor with a solid background in civil engineering and construction works. The successful candidate will support cost management, contractual administration, and commercial performance across infrastructure projects in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and monitor project cost estimates, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations, assess claims, and provide commercial recommendations.
• Conduct quantity measurements and prepare progress payment claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Support contract negotiations and manage contractual documentation and administration.
• Monitor project expenditure, identify cost variances, and implement effective cost-control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors on contractual, financial, and commercial matters.
