quantity surveyor cum drafter

Monitoring sales enquiry and following up toget the requirements

· Reviews tender documents / requests forproposals to understand project details and requirements

· Reviews and interprets engineeringdocumentation such as drawings / specifications / scope of works to fullyunderstand the project requirements for detailed and accurate estimating

· Provides detailed and accurate quantity andcomponent take-offs against the technical drawings, specifications and scope ofwork documentation

· Provides timely clarifications for ongoingsubmission within the tender

· Provides current and competitive industryschedule of rates against the take-offs

· Communicates and negotiates competitiverates with Suppliers and Sub-contractors

· Provides costing data and input into theproposal formats required by the tender documentation

· Works within the Estimating Team, reportingto the manager

· Coordinates with other project team formonthly progress claim and following up varaition works

. Cooordinates with project team in order tomonitor budget

· Maintains Company Pricing Databases

. Preparation the shop drawing (2D, 3D &BIM), submission and liaising with main con / consultant for approval

. Following up the documents submission,material submission and approval

. Preparation material schedule, materialcutting schedule and coordination production team

. Attending project meeting, coordination siteprogress and schedule
