Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, with experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Bill of Building Services (BBS), and managing reconciliation and billing processes. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that construction projects are completed within budget and on schedule. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Building Services (BBS) for various construction projects. - Conduct thorough reconciliation of project costs and ensure accurate billing. - Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure compliance with contracts and specifications. - Utilize FIDIC guidelines and principles in contract management and negotiations. - Provide cost estimates and financial reports to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. - Assist in the procurement process and evaluate contractor bids. - Monitor project progress and provide recommendations for cost control measures. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles and practices. - Proficiency in preparing BOQ and BBS. - Experience with reconciliation and billing processes. - Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and construction project management. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
