Quantity Surveyor (E&I) / QA/QC Manager (Mechanical)

Requirements:

Quantity Surveyor (E&I)

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5–7 years of E&I Quantity Surveying experience in Oil & Gas projects.
• ADNOC project experience preferred.
• Experience in BOQs, MTOs, quantity take-offs, client billing, subcontractor payments, variations, and claims.
• Knowledge of E&I drawings, cost control, contract administration, and ADNOC standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good communication skills.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.

Requirements:

QA/QC Manager (Mechanical)

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects, including at least 5 years as a QA/QC Manager.
• Mandatory certifications: CSWIP 3.2 or AWS CWI, and ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards and international codes (ASME, API, AWS, ASTM, ISO, and NACE).
• Extensive experience in welding, NDT, painting & coating inspections, piping, and mechanical equipment.
• Proven ability to lead the QA/QC team and ensure compliance with project specifications, Quality Plans, ITPs, and international standards.
• Coordinate with clients, ADNOC representatives, and third-party inspectors to ensure quality compliance and successful project handover.
