About the Role
Efficacy Development Plc is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to support construction projects through cost management, planning, and effective commercial coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Support construction cost estimation and project budgeting.
- Assist with cost planning, quantity measurements, and financial assessments.
- Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to achieve cost-effective outcomes.
- Apply construction knowledge to project planning and cost control.
- Maintain accurate records and support project documentation.
Requirements
- HND or BSc in Quantity Surveying.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Sound knowledge of construction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good negotiation, planning, and organisational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
