Quantity Surveyor (façade) /5.5 days @Tuas

Prepare cost estimates, material take-offs, Bills of Quantities.

Review project drawings, specifications, tender documents & monitor costs and cost variations.

Prepare project budget, cost report, cashflow forecast & monitor budgets & reporting cost variations.

Preparing tender submissions, quotations and cost proposals.

Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.

Prepare cost comparisons and assist in subcontractor/supplier selection.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tender submission & assist administer contracts matters.

Prepare and follow-up on progress claims, payment applications and variation orders.

Maintain proper records of contractual documents, measurements and cost-related correspondence.

Preparing and negotiating final accounts with clients and subcontractors.

Liaise with Project Manager/engineer/consultant/subcontractors/suppliers on quantity/cost-matters.

Identify discrepancies between drawings, specifications and contract documents.

Diploma/Degree in QS, Construction Management, Civil Engineering

Must be able to read and interpret architectural, structural and façade shop drawings.

Fresh graduates or 1-2 years relevant experience are welcome to apply.
