Summary

Prepares cost estimates, monitors budgets, and handles tender documents for construction projects, ensuring financial compliance and liaising with stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

* Prepare cost estimates, budgets and tender documents.

* Evaluate quotations and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.

* Monitor project costs and ensure expenditures are within budget.

* Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO) and final accounts.

* Conduct quantity take-offs and measurement of construction works.

* Assist in contract administration and project documentation.

* Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and project teams.

* Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company procedures.

Requirements:

* Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.

* Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.

* Familiar with construction contracts, cost control and tender processes.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software.

* Good communication and negotiation skills.

* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
