Quantity Surveyor
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare Bill of Quantities (for Tender), measurements, cost estimates, and pricing for tenders and project quotations.
- Handle progress claims, variation orders (VO), and related documentation for ongoing projects.
Coordinate and attend meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to support project progress.
- Certify and evaluate progress work done, includes contract administration for variations for both main contract and subcontract works
- Assist to finalise project accounts
- Evaluate and certify monthly subcontractor's claim
- Attend site meetings when required
- Responsible for related administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Evaluation of tenders received, analysis & reporting.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
At least 3 years’ quantity surveying experience in HDB, Condo, and Landed projects.
Knowledge of construction costing, contract management, and procurement.
Proficiency in cost management software and reporting tools.
5 days, 9.00am-5.00pm; May be required to work Saturday depending on workload or by appointment
