Responsibilities:

· Assist in Project / Tender Preparation & Quotation

· Quantities take-off, material requisitions & cost estimates.

· Source & Compare specifications and cost of materials/services from different supplier

· Project Administration, Contracts variations &documentation.

· Preparation and Submission of Progress Claims &Invoices

Requirements:

· Knowledge in MS Office & Outlook

· Knowledge in AutoCAD

· Required language(s): English

· Entry Level specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.

· 3 -4 years related works in Singapore.

· Proactive and a team player

Minimum Qualification Level

Nitec (Intermediate) / Certificate of Vocational Training /BCA Builder Certificate / NTC Grade 3 or equivalent

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage the full QS cycle for projects, including cost control, BOQ preparation, tender submissions, and contract administration.

Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and cost analysis to support accurate project budgeting and financial control.

Prepare cost estimates and tender submissions, as well as manage subcontractor agreements and contractual matters.

Evaluate subcontractor progress claims and process monthly payments efficiently while maintaining proper cash flow control.

Assess and negotiate Variation Orders (VOs) to achieve cost savings and prevent project budget overruns.

Prepare project cost reports and cash flow forecasts for management review and decision-making.

Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Consultants, and Suppliers to monitor project costs, control budgets, and ensure project objectives are achieved.

Monthly Salary Range (SGD) $2,500 - 5,000 (depends on work experience)
