Key Responsibilities

1. Architectural Design and Drawings

  • Prepare, develop, and revise architectural drawings, layouts, and construction plans based on project requirements.
  • Translate design concepts into detailed technical drawings and construction documents.

  • Assist in space planning, design improvements, and the development of functional and cost-efficient co-working spaces.

2. Quantity Surveying and Cost Management

  • Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and material specifications.
  • Prepare project budgets and evaluate supplier quotations, contractor proposals, and construction costs.
  • Monitor project expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Evaluate variation orders, additional works, and other cost adjustments throughout project execution.

3. Site Inspection and Construction Monitoring

  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, workmanship, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Verify actual site conditions, material quantities, and completed works.
  • Identify construction issues, discrepancies, and potential delays, and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
  • Monitor contractors' progress and provide updates on project status, quality, and cost considerations.
  • Prepare site inspection reports and document project developments.

4. End-to-End Project Management

  • Participate in the planning, design, budgeting, and execution of co-working space projects.
  • Coordinate project timelines, resources, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor project milestones from initial design through construction, fit-out, and turnover.
  • Support the planning and expansion of the company's co-working space portfolio by ensuring projects are delivered within approved budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be a Licensed Architect in the Philippines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple project requirements.
