Quantity Surveyor (Main-Contractor/5-Days)
Summary
Oversee construction project costs and contracts for residential, commercial, and building projects, preparing bids, reviewing specifications, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
- Follows up on the pre and post-contract administration of projects assigned (Mainly Residential, Buildings, Commercial Projects)
- Prepares tender bid documents;
- Reviews work specifications, take-off quantity, costing and liaise with contractors and suppliers;
- Understands the contractual terms and works to ensure that other stakeholders such as Project Team Members, Accounts and Finance understands and complies with the terms;
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering/QS related studies
- At least 1-3 years of working experiences in Quantity surveying
- Experience in handling building construction projects will be advantageous
