Quantity Surveyor

Prepare quotations, cost estimates, tender submissions and project budgets.

Perform quantity take-offs and measurements based on construction drawings.

Handle progress claims, variation orders (VO), subcontractor claims and final accounts.

Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors and suppliers on cost and contractual matters.

Monitor project costs, material pricing and budgets to ensure effective cost control.

Assist in procurement, contract administration and project documentation.
