Quantity Surveyor

We are Electrical engineering Company with Commercial Project background, Looking for QS to handle the below.

Job Scope

• Preparing of cost estimation & evaluation and quantity take off

• Preparing of od documents for tendering application

• Preparing of payment claims and verifying of sub-contractor payments

• Assist Project Director on project cashflow forecasting

• Sourcing for material and quotation for evaluation

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Construction or Quantity Surveying

• 3 — 5 Year of similar work experience

• Experience in Landed property industry

• Assists in shop drawings & material submission.

• Liaise with main contractor.

• Supervise the installation of electrical works.
