Prepares and manages construction project cost documentation, liaises with contractors and suppliers, and assists in tendering for an air-conditioning engineering firm in Singapore.
Job Specifications:
- Assist in tendering process
- Liaise with main-con, supplier & other parties involved in the project
- Prepare award of contract, bills of quantities and other contract related documents
Educational Qualifications:
- Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Equivalent
Job Requirements:
- Fresh Graduates Welcome
- Working hours: 0830 - 1730 (Mon - Fri) / 0830 - 1230 (Sat)
