Oversee construction project costs by preparing valuations, tracking payments, and negotiating contract variations for a Singapore-based consultancy.

  • Contract administration of selected projects.
  • Preparation of monthly valuations for progress payments tothe Main Contractor, Nominated Sub-Contractors or Nominated Suppliers.
  • Measurement, valuation, negotiation and agreement with theContractor / Sub-Contractor of all variations to the Contract.
  • Preparation of regular cost reconciliation statements of theproject showing payments to-date & projected final cost.
  • Attendance of site meeting and virtual meeting.
  • Preparation & agreement of final accounts for the project.
