Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, quotations and Bills of Quantities (BQ).
• Review construction drawings, specifications and tender documents.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and expenditures.
• Handle progress claims, variation orders (VO) and final accounts.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate pricing.
• Ensure projects are completed within the allocated budget.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Preferably 2–5 years of relevant construction experience.
• Familiar with cost estimation, tendering and contract administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant QS software.
• Good communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
